Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
Returns
We do not accept returns or order cancellations. In the event that you have received a damaged product, please fill out the contact form on our Contact Us page and we will be in touch. We will ship out a replacement once we have received the damaged item. All returned items must be unused with the tags attached. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Shipping
We will have orders shipped out within 1-2 business days. Once the order has been shipped, expect your order within 5-8 business days.
